When you can accept yourself and love you as you are now the subconscious mind begins to work with you and then it becomes easy. What is on the inside is what is on the outside.

Make a commitment right now to be the best you can be by loving and accepting yourself as you are right now. Praise your body and tell it how much you appreciate it and love it for all it does for you. As you practice gratefulness of what you do have, your body will respond positively.

Your subconscious mind does not know the difference between what’s real and what you imagine. Your imagination is very powerful. Imagine that it’s fun to exercise and tone your body, because you love your body. Imagine yourself in the body size you desire. Imagine wearing the clothes that make you feel good and sexy. Imagine yourself exercising and eating healthy foods in just the right proportions.

Imagine standing in front of the mirror and looking and feeling the way you desire. You can do it!
